This website is hosted by Domain Factory GmbH, Oskar-Messter-Str. 33, 85737 Ismaning, Germany. Processing takes place on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. When the website is accessed, technical access data (IP address, browser type, operating system, page requested, date and time) are recorded in server log files and automatically deleted after a short period. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

3. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Fonts for consistent typography. The fonts are served locally from our own server, so no connection to Google servers is established and no data is transmitted to Google.

4. Getting in touch

If you contact me by email or through the contact form, your details (name, email address, content of your message) are stored in order to process your enquiry. You can also reach me via WhatsApp, Signal or Threema. When WhatsApp is used, metadata (for example phone number and time of the message) are processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; their privacy notice applies accordingly. Signal and Threema do not pass metadata to third parties. The data is not shared and is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

5. Data processing in coaching and workshops

In the context of coaching processes, trainings and workshops I process personal data (name, contact details, content of conversations, invoicing data) solely in order to deliver the agreed services. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Invoicing data is retained in line with statutory retention periods (10 years).

6. Cookies

This website uses technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the site (for example WordPress session cookies). These cookies do not require consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 (2) TTDSG.

Should optional cookies be used in future (for example for web analytics), your consent will be obtained in advance.

7. Social media

This website contains links to my profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn. When you click these links you leave this website and the privacy terms of the respective platform apply (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). No automatic data transfer takes place unless you actively click a link.
